All Volunteers are required to help in both building and decorating in order to participate as a scarer. This doesn't mean every weekend or every time. This is to be fair on those that spend every year building and decorating the haunted house. They don't deserve to be over run by people that haven't helped do anything and came for a fun time and to scare folks.
